Brady's Blunder of Deflategate or The Media's Persuasion?

In the past week, Tom Brady was accused and found guilty of deflating the game footballs in the AFC Championship. Through Goodell's response with the media, the Patriots were fined and lose first round pick and a fourth round pick.  I thought Brady was a great quarterback before he made the mistake of not following the NFL's set of guidelines for the right amount of air in the footballs. Everyone has lost a little respect for the Patriots organization because everyone thought they were the most skilled team this past year to win the Super Bowl, but now the media has made them an icon of being a fraud and a cheating football team. Why would a team have to cheat to win a game and how come the media has put their story about deflategate right now instead of months ago after the Super Bowl?
Its because the media is a strong tool and is always trying to find a new scoop and drama to add some flavor into the sports world. Every day, blunders and mistakes are made by athletes and the media catches every glimpse, every second that goes by. I think that athletes are not safe from the media and no stars are because the media is too involved with everything that they coverage. The media overexposes problems in the world and over exaggerates all of the excessive problems and make them a bigger deal then it is. Tom Brady wouldn't be on the front page of the news if he wasn't a star quarterback. All the media does is scrounge for new evidence and I think that they are at fault in this case and Brady's case should be checked out more fairly by Goodell. Punish the Patriots as an organization and not suspending a player because the organization is at more fault then Brady. What do all of you viewers think about the situation with the media?
