Is Messi a Soccer God?????

"GOALLLLLL!!! Messi with another brilliant goal as Barcelona leads in the game." Lionel Messi has been in the European league for quite some time now and with his nifty passing and footwork, he is able to make defenders look bad while scoring with grace. A couple days ago, he led Barcelona to a big victory over Bayern Munich as he made Jerome Boateng fall while scoring on one of the top goal keepers, Manuel Neuer. Messi leaves the fans in awe whenever he is on the field and pushing to attack to score as he weaves through defender after defender to score again and again and again. Some say Messi's soccer play is like magic and is a sight to behold. I see Messi as a soccer God who came down to teach these young players how to play the game of soccer the right way. Even though people will hate Messi, they only feel this hatred towards him because he is honestly the best player of our era and maybe in the rankings for the top players in soccer history. Some people would compare the big matchup between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, but is there really a matchup at all??? What do you guys think, is Messi the best player on the field or is he overrated and has too much hype around his greatness?
